Position Overview

Beitzel Corporation is looking for a QA/QC Manager to lead our quality program and help build a culture where doing it right the first time is simply how we work. You'll lead our QA/QC team as it supports Field Service Operations at customer sites, including mines, aggregate operations, and other industrial facilities. You'll work closely with our Director of Contracts, Project Managers, Contract Managers, and division leadership. Together you'll make sure our quality processes and procedures are put in place, followed in the field, and improved as our work grows. You'll make sure our program meets both our own standards and our customers' requirements, so every job we turn over is one we're proud to put our name on. As a 100% employee-owned company, we make sure the value you help build is value you share in.

The right person brings strong leadership skills and deep knowledge of construction QA/QC, along with a working understanding of the products and services we provide. This is a chance to shape a quality program rather than just maintain one. Your work will directly help establish Beitzel as an industry leader known for a strong Quality Culture.

  • Assist the project management teams with identifying project close out documentation requirements and ensure such documents are obtained and stored in accordance with defined procedures as projects progress
