If you have a strong background in project scheduling within industrial or multi-discipline construction and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact. In this full-time position, you will play a critical role supporting Field Services by developing, maintaining, and managing project-level schedules across multiple operating units and active work scopes.
As the centralized Project Scheduler, you will work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, and Field Services leadership to ensure project schedules accurately reflect field conditions, priorities, and evolving work plans. Your ability to manage multiple schedules simultaneously—ranging from short-duration work to longer-term projects—will be essential in keeping teams aligned and leadership informed as conditions change.
This role requires a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Project and a strong understanding of construction sequencing and schedule logic. You will regularly update schedules based on real-time field input, assess impacts from unplanned changes, and clearly communicate schedule implications across internal teams. While this position does not directly manage execution, your work will serve as a trusted source of information for planning, coordination, and decision-making.
