Beitzel Corporation is seeking a Foreman – Field Welding & Mechanical Services to lead and support a dynamic field team on a variety of challenging industrial construction projects. This is not a desk job—it's a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys being in the field, working side-by-side with their crew, and solving problems in real-time.
As a Foreman, you'll be responsible for guiding Field Welding & Mechanical Services personnel across multiple job sites and industries, including manufacturing, power generation, aggregate, coal, wind energy, and more. While welding is a key skill for this role, your daily tasks will go beyond welding—from mechanical work to rigging and custom solutions that require thinking on your feet.
Much of the work is solution-based, often performed without detailed plans or drawings, so creativity and adaptability are essential. If you're the kind of leader who thrives under pressure, enjoys solving problems in the moment, and isn’t afraid to get your hands dirty, we want to hear from you.
