In this hands-on role, you’ll use your advanced welding, fitting, and fabrication expertise to solve on-the-spot design and functionality challenges for our customers. Most of the work will be solution-based, requiring you to get creative and think on your feet—often with no plans or drawings to guide you. It’s the perfect opportunity for a welder who enjoys solving problems and finding solutions in real time.
You’ll have the chance to work across a variety of industries, including industrial construction, manufacturing, power plants, commercial sites, aggregate, coal, and more. From installations and repairs to alterations, your work will make a real impact, helping our clients achieve their goals efficiently and effectively.
As a Field Welder III, you’ll bring a deep understanding of industrial welding and be proficient in industrial construction. Your expertise will play a key role in the success of each project, and you'll have the opportunity to further expand your knowledge and skills.
This position requires a flexible schedule, with travel and out-of-town work. You’ll need to be willing to work extended hours, including weekends, holidays, evenings, and possible night shifts.
