Beitzel Corporation is now accepting applications for a professional, full-time, experienced, and ambitious Field Service Supervisor. The HVAC/R Field Service Supervisor is responsible for leading the field team while performing repairs, maintenance on a wide variety of commercial, industrial and some residential HVAC/R equipment. All members of the HVAC/R Group are expected to provide unmatched customer service. The HVAC/R Field Service Supervisor will also perform needed electrical and plumbing/piping repairs, and installation work as well. This customer service position will require a flexible schedule primarily Monday thru Friday, and may include emergency call-out work, evenings, weekends, holidays, and out-of-town/out-of-area work. As a professional HVAC/R Field Service Supervisor, you will be expected to use your experience and skills to lead the team of HVAC/R field Technicians and Apprentices and to constantly be looking for ways to improve the team and the services that are being provided to the customers.
The HVAC/R Field Service Supervisor reports to HVAC/R Group management and while the Group is based at our Headquarters in Grantsville, Maryland, most dispatches will be from home to the first job.
