As a Benefits Manager, the general role is responsible for coordinating benefits functions including but not limited to benefits administration, corporate communications, compliance, and other HR related activities. This individual will also oversee and manage the overall functions of the Payroll & Benefits Coordinator.
This individual will have a thorough understanding of Human Resources and must be proficient with the products and services offered by Beitzel Corporation. The Benefits Manager will report to the CFO and will work out of the Beitzel Corporate location.
