Pillar Innovations is seeking an Accounting Assistant for its location in Morgantown, WV.


This individual will be responsible for a variety of accounting related functions. Duties may vary and include but not limited to order entry, purchase order processing, job set up, inventory posting, billing, and job costing. 


  • 1 to 3 years of experience in general accounting and office administration
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Be self motivated and able to work independently
  • Proficient with all Microsoft Office applications especially Excel
  • Attention for detail and accuracy
  • Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
  • Solid accounting experience preferred
